The PLL teams are generally good. The SE engineering teams do what it takes to support customers.
My team really cares about the company and outcomes even if in our customer segments are not aligned with company goals we do our best to advance the agenda.
Not really too excited either way, it is a good package and par with the industry. My comp is a little less than industry standard but the goals are set improperly and the manager does not care.
