My team is supportive, and we have built trust and real friendships from the time we spend together.
I have a purpose, and my role involves providing support to build relationships within the organization and with external parties.
I feel we are an open-door company. I receive genuine support for both work-related and personal matters from colleagues across all departments.
Currently I am coming out of that category but only because I have a manager taking the time to champion my position to better align my compensation with my responsibilities and experience. A structured path for employee advancement would have provided better guidance and understanding.
