
1. The people - genuinely great to work with. 2. Benefits especially the flexibility
The hike structure needs work, the percentage increase is low, not meeting employee's expectations or efforts.
The people here are the best. Unfortunately, the same sentiment does not currently extend to the leadership.
There's been a lot of changes recently and many of them do not appear to be moving in a positive direction - it is very disappointing to see no efforts being made from the leadership to understand the ground reality.
1. Meaningful efforts from leadership to understand challenges or gather time-to-time feedback. 2. Very less/minimal promotions in India team, employees do not get opportunity for growth. Focus on growth opportunities for existing employees - promotions, internal mobility, career progression.
