
It's been great. It has it ups/downs but with great co-workers, make is all ok.
Overall it's been great! Some challenging times but it always seems to work out at the end.
It has been an amazing journey so far and look forward everyday to working with my amazing peers, learning from them and contributing to the success of this wonderful organization. Looking forward to many more years to come.

Increased transparency and communication has been good at the exec levels. We need to have more at the lower mgmt levels as well - more team meetings. Many employees seem to be working in silos and only interacting when there is a topic to discuss - not to just touch bases as a group.
