
There's a lot more included than I would have expected before I joined/during the hiring process.
Nobody looking over my shoulder micromanaging me; goals are clearly defined and we know what we need to execute against in order to be successful.
We have an environment where it's OK to be vulnerable and admit you don't know the answer to something. Everyone is willing to help each other climb up and be better; I haven't seen anyone trying to keep people down due to ego or competitiveness, for example.
