eagerness, honest, most put the customer first, hard working and willing to learn. Not too many slackers.
Enabling technology across the organization, increase automation while having a clear understanding the technology limitations. For example our products need to be automated for installation, base configuration and validated; there are too many manual steps for base product setup.
The current bonus plan in Services is unattainable. Too many of the details sold are not in alignment with our delivery. We sell the deals based on price; clients always want the lowest price. But they demand a high level of Service beyond what is promised in a Smart Start = Cust Sat goes down.
