The people. Over the years I have made many friends and I can rely on them for help and guidance and these work friends are spread around the globe.
If we are talking about healthcover - then covering some the cost of the partner cover is best part. However if we are talking about bonus then since we are paid based on merit - certain items need to be reviewed in terms of their merit value.
Flexibility to work from home and no compulsory pressure to have to go to the office. I now see going to the office (to socialise) and to do work I prefer to do it from home - I get much more done with no distractions. Sensing Trust from colleagues - that work will be done.
