We can all talk things out and discuss the best approach to a problem, and someone is always available to help if needed.
I think it's great that Certinia cares enough about its profits to arrive at the conclusion that for that, it has to take care of its employees, along with the benefits and the social help it provides.
I was not promoted when I think I should have, nor did I receive a reasonable raise. The reason was "because of budgetary reasons". I don't think this is a valid excuse when every in Town Hall meeting the higher-ups say everything's going great.
