Cross Country Healthcare Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

the volunteer day, and the burnalong

Review from Marketing Dept

Paid time off such as vacation and personal days.

Review from Finance Dept

The commission bonus is my favorite!

Review from Operations Dept

I don't think there is a best part. The salary could be higher and the Commission structure as well. We could always make more. The previous question was a yes or no, so yes, we are paid fairly.

Getting commission, the increase that was just given

salary, 401k and Health benefits

The multiple benefits, life insurance, pet insurance, ect

Review from Operations Dept

Achieving general alignment across all compensation packages is preferred and fair

Review from Operations Dept

Working remotely from home so I don't have to spend hours in traffic everyday.

Review from IT Dept

commission plan is very competitive

Per Diem ability to be flexible

Review from Customer Support Dept

Not sure yet, new employee

Review from Sales Dept

Fair across the board on all items

Review from Operations Dept

Ability to earn generous commissions

Review from Sales Dept

Bonus is never attainable; I rely on my base salary which is fair

Review from Operations Dept

There is no cap at how much you earn. The harder you work the more money you get!

401K match and medical benefits

Review from Finance Dept

Like the dental and medical benefits

Review from Sales Dept

There are always opportunities to make more with realistic goals and expectations. Also very happy with their parental leave and short term disability benefits.

I feel it is fair for the job I am performing. I like that it is salary, so that I can budget accordingly.

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a big gap in compensation between my equals and myself. There is also a big gap in the company's compensation and the going rate for my position.

I think as an experience employee the base salary shoul be increased. $50k for a salary foe a 20 year veteran is insulting when newboes are brought on with a much higher base. I realize it is a brodge. We have a new recruter ti locims with a Senior" tag people who have been year 20 years cant.

I don't feel undervalued. I just feel that my compensation is not aligned with the market.

Review from HR Dept

I believe our pay should reflect what is expected of us and our performance

Review from Admin Dept

Maternity Leave! Also, our commission plan just decreased.

I feel that I'm undervalued is being you're not utilizing what I'm really good at. I also feel that we are only focused on the bottom line and not looking out for our clients and the patients that our clients serve. In terms of comp, I significantly make less than what at my other companies.

Review from Sales Dept

Been here for three years. Love what I do, but seem to make less and less money every year with taking on more work. Secondly, in the three years of being here I have never had a performance eval or yearly review.

Review from Operations Dept

I am in my 26th year and I am not getting paid for the full desk work I do, my base pay is low for my 26 years of exp, and they cut the bonus incentive! it is very hard to maintain the monthly cost and living expense.

I feel that the base salary for a recruiter is low for how much money we generate.

Recognition. More business involvement. More alignment with the goals from top down to middle management.

We always hear about bonuses/compensation going out for other departments and Onboarding/Compliance never really have the same opportunities. We have no incentives to work towards when working 20+ files most weeks.

Review from Admin Dept

I would love to get some new clients for Direct hire so I could meet my quotas and show my worth. I feel direct contracts are easy to get( I used to run a full desk) and we could make an impact in terms of productivity

well. I think I have been here so long, that I am training people that make what I make.

Review from Operations Dept

Promotion that was on the backburner for the last year and a half

Review from Finance Dept

To be paid within market range, at a minimum

Review from Customer Support Dept

we work very hard and we do rely on the commision for to pay our big expenses like our mortage health issues college etc.. we need to get a salary increase as the cost of living has increased alot. food.. electricity water clothing.. everything has increased but the base has not

YOY minimal increases arent keeping up with inflation or additional work load being added to staff.

Review from IT Dept

It's just time for over all raises

Review from Customer Support Dept

pay gaps among recruiters needs to be solved. there is no reason a brand-new recruiter who brings in no money to this company should be paid thousands of dollars more a year than a tenured recruiter who hits and exceeds KPIs. the company is about to lose a lot of great employees if they can fix it.

Review from Sales Dept

The pay is below average for the current cost of living. There’s a lot of favoritism within the team, with management prioritizing senior account managers instead of setting up those with less seniority for success. I h
