There is a gritty quality in the people at Earlens. Introducing a disruptive technology is never easy, COVID has made many of the challenges even harder, as a result we have experienced tremendous internal growth, our teams became stronger, and the quality of our relationships got deeper.

I feel that my team and most teams at Earlens are very supportive of one another, professionally as well as personally.

We have a product that is truly unique, there isn't anything else like it on the market. That is extremely exciting!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Amazing medical insurance plans, 90% employer covered for employee. Great 401k investment options even though there isn't a match currently the plans are really strong.

There is freedom to be yourself at Earlens. There are opportunities to grow professionally, as well as encouragement and flexibility to live a well-balanced life outside of work.
