It has been alright. Nothing crazy, nothing special. Just interested to see where life takes this company in years to come.

I haven't been here for too long but I can't complain about my time here. Everyone is caring and I love it but sometimes the work really could be a drag. But I feel like it's normal at every job so it is what it is.

They try to get involved as much as possible. Do the little things that employees care about.

I just feel like work gets tough from time to time and it's more of a personal problem compared to workplace.

I feel like everyone is very upbeat and oozes out positive energy 24/7. Peers always seem to have your back which is also sweet.

They seem like they actually care about you which is great because not a lot of companies truly compared about their employees. Incentives throughout the months are also great.

A pay increase would be nice compared to how much work we put in day in and day out. Other benefits would be nice as well, more PTO, holidays off, etc.

I feel like some are lazy and let others pick up the rest of the slack. It's not right to have those teammates and you're getting paid the same amount? Unfair.

Everyone has great intentions on the team even though we are all over the country. I feel like we're all connected and the meetings we have throughout the weeks strengthens us as a family.

Everyone follows the values and if you don't your let go. I have seen a lot of people come and go but I would truly love to know the reason why a certain person was let go at a certain time.

I feel like sometimes we are cleaning up after someone else's work. In a way we get thrown into situations caused by others and I always believe in being paid more for taking on more work but it is what it is.

The fact that my whole team cares about me. If I ever need a day to myself and if I'm having a bad day, my team will be there for me no matter what. It's a privilege to have that from my company.

Everlight goes over the top and makes sure we feel loved and respected. The benefits make me want to work even more for this company because no other company I have worked for does it like Everlight. They go above and beyond and I appreciate them very much.

Helping customers solve their problems makes me the most happy. The fact that I am able to work with them and interact with them makes my day. I love talking to people in general and building connections with them throughout the days. They are my priority and I do whatever it takes for them.

They are the best people to lead this team. They are precise and hold us to a high standard. They respect us and make sure that we're supported 24/7. They help us realize that making mistakes are fine as long as we learn from them. They show us that working as team makes this company special.

They always have my back. They are always there to support me when I am confused or stuck in a situation. They guide me in the right direction when I deal with a new situation. They always communicate fully to make sure we're all on the same page. That's why we are the best team when working.

Everyone is always so nice and caring. It means a lot to me when co-workers care about you and it makes working at this company 100 times better. Even for the people I am not close with, I know they care about me and are always willing to help. I'm always able to lend a hand as well.
