I just recently turned 26 so having benefits offered is amazing!

We are one team! Everyone helps everyone else no matter their job title!

My leadership team is constantly helping me set and meet my personal and work goals! They genuinly care about our entire team!

The thing that makes me most happy at work is doing work that makes a difference! I love working on projects that improve or streamline processes we are currently using to increase the success of our department!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its crazy to look at where my salary started almost a year ago to where it is now! Its increased almost $10,000!! Now that I fully understand 1099 I enjoy the freedom and control I have over my savings and spending!
What are some of the best things about your team?
I say it all the time in our team meetings but I love how everyone on my team pushes one another! We are always trying to race to be the first one to jump on a task and help out! The competitive side of me loves it and my hardworking side loves the push it gives me to always work at 120%!
