We all know what Everlight stands for, where the standard is, and that there is no ceiling ... ever ... for anything we set out to do. From the execs, to the team leads, down to the newest hire ... we are all working with the end goal in mind - we are blessing customers lives ... as well as our own.

We all have diverse backgrounds with a variety of perspectives, which only brings strength to our team. We truly are a family and fight knowing we lose and win together.

Everyone is incredibly supportive and willing to help wherever there is a need ... and whenever there is a need. All communication is positive, even when correction is needed too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I can talk with anyone from Everlight and we're all on the same page. We have the same core values, we're a family, and the parties and gatherings we have are top-notch!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take time for each employee one by one - to talk with, mentor, teach, train, and assist if needed ... BUT they let the managers over the departments do their job - all without micromanaging.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all collaborate, bring different ideas to the table ... the best idea wins and we get behind that one and implement what needs to be done. Our team is all over the country, diverse, with all sorts of backgrounds and experience, but we know we are all ONE TEAM and work and play hard together!
