my overall experience with the company is amazing! I love working for this company and I love coming to work everyday. I've never worked for a company like this one and i've had a blast working with them. They make work fun and exciting but i also feel valued and coached towards success.

What makes you most happy at work?
The work is challenging yet excited.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They invest in the employees. They care about our goals and our happiness as well and our balance of work and home life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its a family environment. Its inclusive, friendly, positive, and fun. The company culture is the reason i never want to leave this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The ability for every team member to work cohesively together. Everyone is of the same mindset and have similar goals making the ability to work together very easy and natural.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued as an employee or by my pay but i do feel it is low with the current cost of living and inflation. Its barely enough to cover basic expenses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the culture is laid back and positive. The execs do a good job at making every employee feel comfortable and valued. We work hard but we play harder and we are rewarded for our hard work.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job well. I'be grown to love my role because i'm good at it and i've been recognized for my accomplishments. I also love my peers. I love coming to work everyday and getting to talk to them and interact with all of my team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a family and we work together very well as a team. Even the coworkers that are not on the same team as me work so well with our team and vice versa. It doesnt feel like a cowork it feels like a friend and a team mate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the amount of work and investment that the company seeks from their employees, the pay isn't completely up to standards, especially for the rise in the standard cost of living today. However, the company is fair about raising employees wage when they have proven their dedication to the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership team invests in me and my future goals. Leadership meets with every employee weekly to assess our personal goals, make sure we're still tracking towards them, and helping us to reach them. They help us grow and give us all the tools and opportunities to do so.
