Ive had a good experience working with Everlight. Everlight has given me the opportunity to grow in my role and im very thankful for it. I would like to see the paid vacation policy change, 5 days is not great when I agreed to 15 days on my offer letter.

I feel undervalued because I know I am worth more in my current role. I would feel better about compensation if we had a retirement plan and more PTO
