the guys I work with every day are awesome. the executives need to put more effort into the install team rather than putting it all into sales. everlight needs to have more focus on teaching electrical than it does if it wants to keep people happy. and put more in equipment and vehicles when needed

I like the shop leads I work with, the executives need to listen better to the construction side about what we need

Keeping the company growing. Executives need to ask for input more from people who understand their own job better when it comes to changes/policies
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that for everlight hiring the top 1% of people they always seem to pay people at average or less rates and don't provide many of the benefits that most companies provide. Everlight has some cool perks but better pay and benefits are a huge deal
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the executives at everlight always brag about how we install twice as fast as any other company and that's true. but the install guys (other than the licensed electricians) seem to get paid the same or less than standard. 20 or so per hour used to be a decent wage, now even target is starting at $24
