That I get to do something difficult around people who I consider myself extremely close with every single day
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is like minded, and pushes each other. It's rare to be around so many A-type personalities - people that push themselves constantly, and, therefore, push me constantly.

Every team operates like a family, and interacts with other teams with the same attitude. When meeting someone who recently joined Everlight, it feels like you've already known them forever
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to solve problems. My favorite thing to do is watch someone take feedback or advice I gave them, implement it, and watch them improve and be excited about that improvement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is never any dwelling on issues or obstacles that arise. Every leader's first thought is "how do we solve this, and how do we learn from this and improve?". We are always looking forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Its all based on what we do. I feel in control of my income. The work that I do is reflected on my paycheck, and I always know I can make more if I do more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am confident that I can hang out with every person in this company outside of work and always have a blast. Its extremely unique that everyone you work with feels like a old friend, even when you just met.
