The company is great, I think for the workload I take on and the day to day life - I wish I was compensated more

The leadership is so involved with every single person, including work-life and personal. Leadership is ALWAYS there to help! They care about each and every one of us and truly what to see us succeed, grow, and learn within our selves and within the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so involved, the teams and executives hold mutilple meetings a week to stay up to date with new updates, trends, and acknowledges every single person for their hard work and dedication. We truly implement our company values into our work life and personal life.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with my team, and I love when customers give us phone calls, emails, reviews, or text messages and tell us how fantastic our team/company is and that they have truly enjoyed the whole process with Everlight. Our team loves to share these messages from customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The culture keeps me hear but would love to be compensated a tad higher. It's tough on everyone with finances no matter who you are or where you live but I have to live very frugal with how much I make where I live + other outside expenses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never worked with a group of people in my entire life, that are as amazing as my team. Everyone is there to help everyone, no one ever feels stuck. Everyone is constantly there to help answer questions, and takes on someone elses tasks if they are busy. SUPER WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY
