That I can work at my own pace and ask questions no matter how long I've been here

They are very goal oriented! They always make time to make sure you're work world is balanced and you dont have any issues. Its a workplace that pushes everyone to move forward and grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Starting out, the pay was not great. But once I got through training I realized I could still have another job alongside this one to compensate. You get raises frequently and that helps a ton!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that once I'm done with my work, I'm done. I dont have to sit around wasting time just to reach an hour minimum. This helps reward the fast pace workers and gives us all more work life balance.
