This job as quite frankly changed my life. I can now work and travel all I want. I feel like I have an awesome work life balance. I also feel like my team supports me and hypes me up in everything I do both inside and outside of work.

Their positivity and drive. I love how everyone is their own engine. We are also competitive with each other in a super healthy way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their energy and commitment!! Some of the hardest workers I know. They are so creative and have such a clear vision for the company. They are also always available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued at all by this company. I just think the cost of living has increased so much, especially for those of us who live in major US cities and I think our pay should reflect the cost of living specific to where we live.
