Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Everlight has been opportunistic for myself over the few years I have been with the company. Will saw something in me from very early on that I didn't even see in myself that has transformed me to be a more confident individual as a whole. Everlight continues to grow and challenge me each day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leading by example, always ready to coach someone up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Isn't really a best part to it, don't have any benefits currently.

1099, not really any compensation package coming from Everlight for this besides my salary.
What makes you most happy at work?
Co-workers, they are the best and look forward to working with them each and every single day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They continually strive to be better each week, always giving us their very best selves as a person and a leader. Always keeping the energy very high and positive each and everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everlight is a family, it doesn't matter what team you are on or where you come from, we are all there for one anther no matter the circumstance. If you aren't, you probably aren't with Everlight anymore!
What makes you most happy at work?
Each day is different and is filled with a different obstacle to overcome. Nothing is the same and that's what I enjoy so much. Getting to work with multiple different teams in the company on any given day is pretty awesome as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part is we are from all over the world and you could fly us all out together and throw us in one big room and it's like we have been together for years. Everybody bleeds Everlight and is ready to go at all times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a family here at Everlight and everyone that comes in fits in with everyone else. You can tell we act as a family and truly care about everyone else. You just don't see that type of environment at other work places across all departments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all so personable and caring of one each other, but also realize when we need to get work done and will work our butts off until that work is completed. The energy is always super high and there is nothing I look forward to more than our daily tactical.
