My journey at Everlight has been a process of non-stop growth and learning. Even after my promotion to assistant team lead of design, I continue to learn new things each and every week! My team has seen many changes since i've joined, but our development has only been moving in one direction, up!

Everlight has been a dream come true for me since I started working here in Q4 of 2021. It has allowed me to see growth both professionally but also personally due to the mentorship i've received and company recommended books i've read!

Everybody wants to see you succeed! The core values are embodied by every person working here but they're especially prevalent in the leadership squad!

Working along the sales team we often receive $200 dollar bonuses for our participation on certain nation wide holidays that our sales team is still active on!

The family dynamic we've developed. The ability to work hard and still play hard with cracking jokes and checking in with personal development on topics outside of work!

The "always learning" mindset that the leaders have. No one is resting on their laurels just because they've becomes leaders, they all continue to improve and never stop learning!

The focus on growth, both personally and professionally. The execs invest in us with company-wide book club books that focus on personal development and improvement. This is something i've found unique about Everlight Solar!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that the designs we produce end up getting installed on customer's roofs. That the system we provide them has a great impact financially for them, but also an impact on the community surrounding them as a message loud and clear for a call on green energy!
