I have been here many years. Everything is pretty much the same - marketing, strategy, leadership, HR, employee development - little has changed for the better and improved.

Bonuses for extra efforts and work performed outside basic job duties that further benefit the company

Solving organizational and structural problems, create an infrastructure for growth and success, have a strategy for the future.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We hire primarily transactionally-thinking employees, so our inability to approach the market strategically and add customer value is limited.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As much as we try to convince ourselves otherwise, much of what we do is pointless and much of the executive leadership team provides little strategic direction.
