Would not recommend the company due to the medical insurance. I recommend anyone who is interested and need medical attention to expect to file bankruptcy. Benefits are horrible!

The commission structure is difficult to follow and low.

They focus on the individuals skills and what they can bring to the table no matter who they are.

Need to focus more on communication, accurate information, it seems information goes into a black hole with no responses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Commission structure cannot be figured out on from my end like other companies. I believe the commission structure is a little low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall, I believe we have the best Recruiting team in our office to work with. Great group of individuals who strive for a overall company success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary is below national standard along with the commission structure. Commission structure is broken down to 3 areas and do not accumulate, which makes you fall into a lower commission bracket.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of people have left the company with a lot of new hires. Not familiar with the new folks in the office and why is there so many people leaving the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Since I already know what needs to be done to make my job success - I do not need to be supervised so being able to do my job without someone breathing over my shoulders is very rewarding alone!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
First off, I already have a strong work ethic and know what needs to be done for success. I feel the recruiters in the office have the same work ethic, which in turns make an awesome team to work with.
