They care about me! I am going through a rough time personally and they check up on me regularly.

I dont feel undervalued per se, but I feel that the base salary should be a tad bit higher for a senior level resource.

They are reachable. Any one of the leadership team is more than happy to speak with ANY employee......even the owner. That is important to me!

They want you to grow and they are very open to new ideas! They treat you as a person and not a number and realize your value.

They are hard workers and very good at what they do. They are always there to bounce ideas off of and give advice. They are also very fun to work with!! Great personalities!
