I enjoy being challenged at work. My co-workers are all great people. We have awesome clients and we are always finding new ways to support those clients. We have a great support system and strong processes.

The company is always looking for ways to improve. They do a great job listening and making changes. They can't do everything but I do feel my ideas are reviewed and taken to heart.

working remote is great! if you are successful you will be rewarded.

The will get involved to make sure we are hitting our goals, remove roadblocks, etc.

Lots of great interaction as a team. Everyone is always ready to jump in and help/assist.

The company has been flexible in supporting employees. Also they will do what is needed to retain good people.

The people I work with are the best part of the company. There is a lot of flexibility and work/life balance.

Everyone is always available to help. You can reach out to anyone for questions, support, etc. They will always step up.

You are paid well if you can hit the bonus and commission levels. People are rewarded for doing a good job. It is very motivating.

They really want to do what is best for the employees! I like the flexibility. They really do a great job listening to their employees.

Bonus and commission opportunities are excellent. They are very flexible with remote work and allowing employees to take time to handle personal issues if they pop up.

Being rewarded for a job well done! So many hours and work go into this role - so it's great to get the commission/bonus on the back-end.

I enjoy the challenge of thing changing each and every day. There is always something new to do and something new popping up. The challenges make it fun!

They are engaging and listen to issues. They will bring change and solutions if it makes sense. I appreciate that they will listen and try to get input/feedback from their teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Lots of communication and interaction. There is not as much time in the office, so we do everything via TEAMS to keep the personal connection. Everyone is working towards the same goals.

They reward production. People who produce are paid well. If you don't produce - you will not last long in your job. Which is good b/c there is not a lot of dead weight.
