They are thoughtful, open, and make company success a matter of personal pride.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
General engineering and scientific level is very high. People are professional, thoughtful and always very well meaning whether in technical or social/org matters.
What makes you most happy at work?
The high skill level of my peers, both technically and in terms of communication abilities. The trust in the culture, the full remote, no questions asked perk.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Individuals on the leadership team at Groq are thoughtful, open, caring, professional. I found them to be trustable and upfront. As far as their dynamic, it seems they are fairly united (no posturing, no tension) which is a good sign.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
An additional week of vacation time was offered for X-mas so that everyone can recharge. Great gesture, especially for foreign employees like myself who might not have seen their family for a while due to covid. This allows travel and a longer stay.
