Acknowledgement for everyone`s efforts across the board through wohoos and other mediums. Willingness to adapt to new ideas that new folks bring from their past extensive experiences.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation and equity grant is not at part with standard at my level. However, I also know that the company should focus on cash preservation. I can be patient to get that compensation.
