Teams need to be less monocultural and individuals more open to finding the best solutions regardless of who the ideas come from.
Some parts of the company are overworked and underfunded. Execs need to take immediate action to address this or culture will suffer.
The best solution should win regardless of who comes up with it. "The Business" isn't the sole source of truth nor is management.
