Theres no time for anyone to interact with, lot of Mundane tasks, Leadership is innocent of automating and bringing efficiency. If there is more work, leadership immediately think of increasing capacity rather than how to reduce and bring efficiency.
Leadership team should focus on Quality work not quantity. No one talks about automating the mundane tasks. Also, Theres no one to listen, no matter with how much you have experience you still considered as you are no good and you just have to follow the instructions given. Micro Management.
