Most are very grounded and leave their egos out of productivity. Folks are very apt to lend a hand whenever needed which inspires others, such as myself, to do the same.
Innovation in a space traditionally plagued by legacy rot and old guard bureaucracy. It's hard to do. That's not to say we innovate enough, not at all IMO but when we do our people shine.
Our leadership team is approachable and as transparent as can reasonably be expected, far more-so than what I've observed in the past. Their personalities vary so greatly that it's really easy to pick and shadow even if only passively.
I'd echo the sentiment about co-workers here. Folks are generally grounded, easy to approach and just plain good humans you know? You could jump into a zoom or walk into a room as a stranger full of GW employees and only feel like stranger for about 5 seconds kind of people. Very warm and welcoming.
