Store workers/management does more than any HEB executive ten-fold, yet they continuously get the short end of the stick regarding pay, benefits, and bonuses. Frankly, any and all bonuses should go to the store employees and store management, they do everything that makes HEB money.

Getting paid a living wage would be a start. It's hard to come to work and be my best self/push myself when I am worried about how I'm going to pay rent or whether I should pay a bill or get groceries for the week.

Tied in with compensation--we are all bitter that so-and-so is getting paid more for doing the same job. Most problems that arise with coworkers for me is because they make harsh judgements about others' characters for tiny mistakes and gossip nonstop and I don't stand for that.
