it's ok but not very challenging and not what I was promised during the recruitment process.
My overall experience at the company has been positive. I was allowed to evolve pretty fast and my missions continue to evolve as well. I feel like we are required a certain commitment, but it does not go unrewarded or unnoticed.

The company is very chaotic. Bad practices are just put off saying "we're a startup" while the company is actually no longer in that startup phase. They missed the point when they would have needed structure and employees with knowledge and this is ruining the underlying good mission now.
overall bad experience. it's unstructured, not what was promised in the job description, lots of negativity. boring work and too many over hours that are completely unpaid
