Positive work environment is required, but executive management is depressing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Line managers and direct supervisors are great, upper management is horrible.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The employees have been told since several years ago that the company dept would be closing. More information would have been appreciated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The meetings could be diminished with just having the information emailed to the employees. A huge amount of the company time (and employee productivity) is wasted on useless meetings.
