
We have the best team we have ever had. All due to the management we have had for a year now. No drama, lots of compassion, lots of knowledge. Great group of people.
I feel valued, I have been tasked with ex employees work with no extra pay. What would make we feel better about my pay would be equal dispersment. I would like to be in the same ballpark as my fellow teammates.
I would like to be paid in the same ballpark as the new hires. I feel since I am a tenured employee, I am stuck with no option but the 3% each year. I contribute as much as the newbies but make far less. Just want it to be even.
