There is absolutely no support for teachers. The school is so disorganized. There are no plans or proceedures for anything. Even dismissal everything is thrown together and rarely are you given the space to practice routines. Things change from day to day as far as expectations.

Doing their job and holding themselves and other accountable especially students. Honor roll incentives and academic geared rewards/parties. Stop accepting unacceptable behavior simply because they come from "harsh" backgrounds coddling these kids is not going to give them a real chance in life.

Lead teachers are paid 50k which is good if it wasnt for the constant ridiculous demands that make the work week longer. Kipp will consume your life if you want to be a good teacher and admin will do absolutely nothing to help. NOTHING!
