Interacting with students and fellow teachers.

Seeing my students bring me joy!

I like working with the students and seeing them grow.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no communication and we find out things at the last minute

Over worked, not enough time

The administration needs to review why they lose half their staff every year and whether this is really benefitting students and their families.

Lack of standardization. Change of direction every year.
