Communication, transparency, and ensuring that all staff is trained.
Doing their job and holding themselves and other accountable especially students. Honor roll incentives and academic geared rewards/parties. Stop accepting unacceptable behavior simply because they come from "harsh" backgrounds coddling these kids is not going to give them a real chance in life.
They need to start working for people over profits as they claim in their core values.
They seem to be focused on an impossible idealized ideal without wanting to really listen and put in the work they need to make it a feasible reality for parents, teachers, and students.
More work-life balance. They need to not teach to the test.
6 different supervisors over a 5 year period should say something about the leadership of an organization. Change is great when their is improvement, but rehashing the same issues because a new group doesn't understand, creates a company culture where nothing is accomplished.
