Interactions with the students make it positive

The energy is positive and the people are loving.

Our school culture is strong and all teachers work well together.

Communication and more meetings will be great

Stop expecting your employees to fill in for all the corners you cut.

Be prepared to work 12-16 hours a day including weekends. KIPP will required you to do many additional inane data tracking tasks and minute by minute lesson plans (50 page lesson plans... No joke) or risk public shaming and being fired.

It doesn't need to be making change. It needs to find a constant and build from there.
