What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy the people was nice
Richard Royal was an really great principal to the staff, he always took the time to listen.
It was fairly easy, because they constantly needing to hire to fill in for the mid-year resignations.
They are quite desperate for teachers so most people will be allowed in.
I was able to speak directly with students and tour the school.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be honest that this is a cult
I think they can select from a more diverse range of people so that the teachers match the areas where the students come from.
