The team seems to have each others backs. We stick together to get our work done. It is great that we help each other out.
It is a comfortable environment. Some employees get stressed out but the management is there to help guide them to work in a productive way therefore there is less stress.
We get insentives for the work we do on time and in meeting our goals. We also get paid lunches often to say thank you for the hard work that we do.
The manager was very informative about what the job required and what I would be doing. I was shown around the store and meet other employees and it made me feel comfortable.
