What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Caring more about their associates and their hard work than numbers and money. Trying to get more work out of less staff so they can save on payroll

Listening to their employees and what they need help with instead of calling them dramatic and trying to help them out with the problem the problem instead of ignoring it. Cashier breaks are always taken late because nobody will come to cover and the managers sit on their phones in the office.

Tone, equal treatment for everyone, rewarding achievement, being flexible .

Appreciating the amount of work we do, recognizing it, and rewarding it. Clear communication. Stop prioritizing getting credit cards over customer satisfaction. And whoever has the power to do it GIVE US A LIVEABLE WAGE. You claim to be a progressive company but don't take care of your associates.

Replace the assistant manager and some of the other employees that shop without paying.
