I enjoy interacting with the customers and leaving them better than i found them. If i can have an awesome conversation with a customer it usually makes me feel good. But mostly it's when people bring their dogs in.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The store is very disorganized and in some areas dirty. The customers pick up on it. We need more time to organize and prepare the sales floor. Salary needs to increase to hire better educated employees.
