What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is the best part of the day along with asst manager they all work hard and are a great crew

they do listen to what you want and what you need as far as like having hours and things like that a payroll allows it and coverage

We are a very diverse group.

for the most part everyone is friendly and helpful with each other

We support each other through all of the crap. That's the best way i can put it. BUT i will say that i work with a lot of teenagers and while some of them are great, some of them are awful. Which brings me back to liveable and competitive wages to find quality workers.

They are fun, understanding people

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to stop hiding in their break room most of their shifts, start wearing their walkie talkies, and start responding when paged for help! I get the rest of the store is important, but so is getting customers rung out! I've had people ditch everything in the que and leave cause it was just me.

I just moved and this state is very unfriendly. People at work are very unfriendly so I do my best for me .

To keep professional and personal life separate.

Have meetings and a dialog. The company has no meetings.

No one cares about anyone but themselves so no matter how hard one department works to meet the managers expectations other employees are just going to undo the progress
