Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If i was appreciated for my hard work and treated fairly. Given the same chance to be recognized and not to be passed over for employee of the quarter and promotions.

The performance based raises should be more reflective of the amount and quality of work an employee partakes in which should not just be from the evaluation of the managers but from the other associates that actually work with the employee on a regular basis.
