Communication is the main failure of the leadership team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The coworkers and some management. There is still negative people though,

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

If I was paid at a level where I could financially support my basic needs I would feel better about spending my time at work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The performance based raises should be more reflective of the amount and quality of work an employee partakes in which should not just be from the evaluation of the managers but from the other associates that actually work with the employee on a regular basis.
