Unclear progression path, poor Territory planning, favoritism and restructuring comp plans unfairly
We need better managers and cohesion between colleagues. Other issues are favoritism and racially divided.
Oddly enough, Mixpanel is the one company I've worked for that keeps emphasising culture yet its the one place that is lacking it. It can quickly become a facade if employees think they are following it rather than actually are. I do believe we need more empathetic people here.
