Decide whether we're a startup or a bigger company. Sitting on the fence is counterproductive.
Consistency and transparency would be key. Hiring in fresh execs only to have them bolt after barely a year for competitors is a really bad look, and terrible for morale.
There's literally no company culture, and very little in the way of perks - and you're expected to like it. With as often as management changes priorities, they should at least adjust the culture to make things less painful.
