I work longer days than I should because our systems arent as efficient and developed as they need to be
I put 7 because it varies. I have some amazing colleagues who are giving 12/10 but also work with people who give 5/10
I put "negative" because it also varies. Sometimes people are giving 5/10 and awful to work with and sometimes I get off zoom calls with a sore face from smiling/laughing.
I know everyone's trying their best. But from my perspective, leadership is not giving enough resources, trust, and consistent straightforward guidance to finance and sales operations managers. We can only keep this ship afloat with appropriate budget allocation and company-visible backing from Phil
