Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You get paid minimum wage witha chance at getting commission. You can only get commission if your club is able to get more membership sales than it has cancellations during that month period. They also make it hard to hit that number too.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I’ve been in similar work environments in the past, however you can tell the the employees don’t want to be there. Because the company is terrible to its clients we end up having to clean up and get the majority of the complaints about the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The manager at MY location works hard help the team sale more and tries to help however the company make this very hard on him but also hard on the clubs as we have little to work with as they want each club to do things their way when their doesn’t work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company as a whole does not care about the clients. They look at clients like bags of money. If they want more money they will increase the membership dues and at times not notify the clients about it. They care more about signing new members than trying to give current members a good experience
